Therapists who attended boarding school are invited to join an online workshop exploring the lasting impact of boarding school experiences through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Coming Home to Self: An IFS Pathway to Healing for Therapists Who Have Been to Boarding School will take place online on Friday 10 July, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and costs £75.
Facilitated by Annzella Gregg and Margie Wright, the workshop is designed primarily for IFS therapists, though therapists who have not completed IFS Level 1 training but have a good working knowledge of the model are also warmly welcome.
Having received very positive feedback when previously offered, the workshop provides an opportunity to explore and connect with the “boarding school protectors” that may still be present and influencing therapeutic work today. Through developing Self-to-protector connection, participants are invited to better understand these protective parts and begin the process of welcoming them home.
The workshop also offers a valuable opportunity to connect with other IFS therapists who have attended boarding school, fostering a sense of shared understanding, community and support.
