My therapy is about the relationship, the safety and the quality of the bond that is created between us. That’s where the magic happens and the opportunity for change can occur. My clients can then build insight and clarity over positive and negative feelings, beliefs, motivations, thoughts and behaviours, past, present and future.
As an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist I draw on many modalities. I offer a Polyvagal Theory lens to establish safety in the body, and an Internal Family System ( IFS) approach in understanding and integrating my clients different aspects or parts. I particularly enjoy facilitating a Transpersonal space wherever appropriate, as it helps clients to connect to their true essence.
