I qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in 2000, and have also trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy with Babette Rothschild, and with Nick Duffell and Joy Schaverien in Trauma of Boarding School Experience.

I have since facilitated workshops for therapists to raise awareness of this particular form of trauma and its legacy, still marginalised due to its association with privilege.

As a former director, I contine to be an active member of Boarding School Concern.
