Nicola is an ex-boarding school pupil and a BACP registered Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience.
She offers online and in person therapy to adults in her private practice work with a range of issues including: eating disorders, mental health issues, drug and alcohol issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm, identity issues, bereavement and relationship difficulties.
She has a particular interest in and extensive experience of, working with childhood trauma including sexual abuse and the effects of the boarding school experience
