A new men’s workshop exploring archetypal power, leadership and personal transformation will take place this September at Little Earth Retreat Centre near Glastonbury, Somerset.
Following a successful event earlier this year, Finding the King Within: Accessing Your Archetypal Power for Personal Success and Transformation returns from Thursday 3 September (4pm) to Sunday 6 September 2026 (2pm).
Led by Rod Boothroyd and an experienced support team, the residential workshop invites men to explore the energies of the Warrior, Magician, Lover and King archetypes, with a particular focus on accessing and embodying the qualities of the Inner King — including grounded authority, heart-centred leadership, clarity and purpose.
Exploring Masculinity, Power and Leadership
Designed for men at any stage of their personal development journey, the workshop offers a supportive space to reflect on how masculine identity, power and self-leadership are lived and embodied.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore:
- the strengths and shadow sides of the Warrior, Magician, Lover and King
- how to access and embody inner authority and masculine power
- ways of moving beyond past limitations and patterns that may be holding them back
- how the Inner King can support a more fulfilling, purposeful and heart-centred life
- the experience of being in a circle of men committed to growth, honesty and self-awareness
The programme will include group process work, emotional check-ins, archetypal exploration, optional deep shadow work, and an optional sweat lodge. All activities are optional, and participants are welcome to observe rather than take part in any aspect of the workshop if they prefer.
